LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA $15 NO EXCEPTIONS NO EXTRA GUESTS !! DEPOSITS • There is a $30 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT that goes towards your service. REFUNDS •Refunds are only issued if client is not pleased with the service. You MUST request a refund & reason 1-3 days after your initial appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY • No call/No show will cause your deposit to be forfeited resulting in you having to pay another deposit on your next appointment. A second no call/no show will result in you being banned from booking my services. • All cancellations & rescheduled appointments must be made 48 hours before your appointment. •Last minute cancellations will result in a 10% cancellation fee that is charged to your card on file. LATE POLICY • After 10 mins a $10 fee will be applied to your total • After 20 mins your appointment will be cancelled & deposit forfeited. Cancellation Policy
